Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse sell-out performance across retailers, categories and channels to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards (Power BI) to deliver actionable business insights and regular performance reviews (sell-out, stock, returns, KPIs).
- Support budget planning, forecasting and market/book presentations in partnership with the Sales Director; contribute to door profiling and segmentation strategies.
- Coordinate commercial initiatives including Private Sales and product launches to drive incremental turnover and reinforce POS presence.
- Manage day-to-day operations of Gold / Gold+ directly operated counters: set targets, track retail KPIs (AUS, IPT, conversion, client recruitment) and lead counter meetings.
- Support and coach field teams and sales representatives to achieve targets; optimise team planning, temporary BC allocation and local incentive programmes.
- Ensure proper use of Salesforce to improve field efficiency, reporting and alignment between office, field and cross‑functional partners.
- Conduct competitive and shelf analysis to monitor positioning at point of sale and recommend operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail, FMCG or luxury with exposure to field operations and business analysis.
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
- Proven analytical capability with excellent command of Excel and experience building/using Power BI dashboards.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communicator with team spirit and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.

Minimum three years’ professional experience in retail, FMCG or luxury environments with demonstrable exposure to field operations, sales analysis and commercial project delivery.
Education
Master’s degree in business, management or related field.
