Guerlain seeks Regional Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager, APAC, in Singapore to lead brand visual identity and campaign execution across Asia-Pacific markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to allocate workload and ensure comprehensive coverage of VM initiatives across APAC
- Champion brand aesthetics and ensure visual merchandising guidelines are consistently applied and regionally relevant across all touchpoints
- Manage the complete lifecycle of campaign collaterals, from design concept adaptation through production and allocation
- Oversee in-market vendor relationships, including sourcing, onboarding, and procurement processes to support regional VM execution
- Coordinate logistics for VM-related collateral and prints, maintaining strong partnerships with global CVM logistics teams
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate VM strategy effectiveness and analyze competitor performance across the region
- Establish counter opening display guidelines for Travel Retail APAC, encompassing visual plans, PVM, and campaign display guides
- Lead project management for promotions and High-Performance Projects from design through production, installation, and documentation
- Provide expert guidance to local markets on VM set-up and execution during store openings and key brand events
- Participate in team travel within APAC regions for major door openings and provide on-ground support
- Process visual asset adaptations, strategically plan language integration, and validate assets for regional relevance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in visual merchandising or related creative field
- Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising principles and regional market adaptation
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proven collaborative skills and experience partnering with cross-functional teams including retail, marketing, and design
- Experience in vendor management and logistics coordination
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and aesthetic consistency

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty, or perfume retail environments. Prior experience managing regional VM initiatives, coordinating with multiple markets, and supporting retail operations is essential.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Retail Management, Marketing, or equivalent professional qualification.
