Guerlain Regional Sales Manager position in Orléans or Tours, France. Drive perfumes & cosmetics revenue growth and retail partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop Guerlain revenue by increasing sell-in and sell-out figures and achieving sales objectives set by France headquarters
- Guarantee Guerlain market share expansion across the territory and align brand rankings with corporate ambitions
- Conduct commercial negotiations with billed accounts within the mandate communicated by commercial leadership
- Establish and deliver monthly billing forecasts for billed clients by the 3rd of each month, maintaining alignment with annual commitments
- Coordinate in-store selling events in accordance with the annual calendar established with the Regional Director
- Execute business activations in collaboration with headquarters teams including Trade Marketing and Merchandising
- Monitor activation effectiveness and build robust commercial relationships with retail partners to create and sustain the Maison's presence at point of sale
- Conduct business reviews with retail management at each visit, analyzing performance metrics including sell-in, sell-out, market share, stock levels, and average basket value
- Present new products to billed accounts, negotiate optimal stock levels for successful launches, and ensure adequate inventory of new releases and bestsellers
- Train retail teams on product launches, bestsellers, and the broader heritage and values of the Maison
- Enforce Merchandising directives including planogram application and advancement monitoring
- Maintain Guerlain's in-store experience in strict compliance with Maison standards through zero-defect visual and merchandising policies
- Embody Guerlain's brand identity through comprehensive knowledge of Maison heritage and product expertise
