Guerlain is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer Intern for its La Ruche cosmetics production site in Chartres. The internship is full-time and supports process improvement, deviation and CAPA management, qualification and validation, quality documentation, GMP training, and audit preparation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to process improvement in line with Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics, in collaboration with site teams, particularly Operational Quality, Manufacturing, Packaging, ETNSE and Industrial IT.
- Support production units with deviation and CAPA management, including recording deviations, investigating root causes, tracking corrective and preventive action plans, and managing change requests.
- Participate in drafting protocols and reports and carrying out equipment and process qualification tests (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Create and update quality documents, including procedures and instructions, in the document management system.
- Co-facilitate GMP training sessions and quality briefings.
- Participate in quality projects, prepare internal and external audits, and monitor indicators.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an engineering degree or master's degree and seeking to validate it through varied Quality Assurance experience at a site governed by cosmetics standards (ISO 22716 / CSAR / cGMP).
- Enjoys teamwork, is curious and proactive.
- Demonstrates rigor and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Operational level of English.
- Advanced knowledge of office software and data analysis tools.
