Guerlain is seeking a Production Engineer intern for its skincare packaging workshop in Chartres. The intern will lead continuous improvement projects and support production management and team routines in collaboration with production, quality, logistics and safety teams. This is a full-time internship starting in March 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead several continuous improvement projects focused on performance, quality or safety using the DMAIC method.
- Contribute to complex problem-solving by applying continuous improvement tools.
- Deploy digital tools to improve production management and the efficiency of operational routines.
- Support teams in developing a continuous improvement culture.
- Actively participate in short-interval control routines.
- Work closely with production, quality, logistics and safety teams, reporting to the Skincare Packaging Manager.
Qualifications
- Currently undertaking a Bac +5 engineering degree.
- Ideally, initial experience in production and/or continuous improvement in an industrial environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Organized, autonomous, curious, results-oriented and dynamic.
