Guerlain seeks a Product Marketing Intern for a 12-month hybrid role in London; support category management, sales analysis, and brand reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Product Marketing Coordinator with category launch plans across skincare, fragrance, and beauty, including full-year and phased planning
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance using Circana, Power BI, and Orion; generate monthly category reports and ad hoc analysis as required
- Assist with implementation of best-in-class campaigns to drive innovation whilst maintaining growth on flagship products and pillars
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal and external product launch meetings
- Maintain accuracy of marketing tools including Launch Calendar, Aurora, and NPR tracker; ensure availability of HQ-provided launch platform materials and visual guidelines
- Assist with creation of printed collateral for in-store activities and product launches
- Support in-store gift-with-purchase and sampling activities; collaborate with retail teams to address activation needs
- Manage preseries forecasting follow-up and dispatch coordination; update preseries budget trackers on a monthly basis
- Oversee all point-of-sale material orders and purchase order processes
- Conduct monthly competitor analysis through in-store visits, documenting new launches and marketing activations; circulate findings to UK and Europe teams
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and own project development as the role evolves
- Support cross-functional departments on ad hoc marketing requests and analytics
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or related discipline
- 12 months of marketing experience in luxury and/or FMCG sectors
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical mindset with passion for data and numbers
- Genuine interest in beauty and skincare industry
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities
Skills
Experience
12 months of marketing experience in luxury and/or FMCG sectors preferred; entry-level candidates with strong analytical abilities and demonstrated passion for beauty industry will be considered.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or related field required.
