Guerlain Product Marketing Intern in London—support category launches, reporting, and competitive analysis. 1-year contract, July 2026 start.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Product Marketing Manager with category launch plans (full year and phased approaches)
- Conduct monthly category analysis using Circana and create ad hoc analyses as required
- Assist with implementation of campaigns to launch innovation whilst maintaining growth on established icons and pillars
- Create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings relating to product launches
- Maintain accuracy of marketing tools including Launch Calendar, Aurora, and NPR tracker
- Develop price benchmarks and product mappings for new product launches and key assets
- Assist with creation of printed collateral for in-store activity and product launches
- Support in-store eventing and coordinate with retail team
- Contribute to forecasting process, updating documents and analysing Sell in, Sell out, and Sell through data
- Monitor preseries forecasting and dispatch across departments
- Update preseries budget tracker on monthly basis
- Support product manager with monthly store allocation decisions
- Manage POSM (Point of Sale Material) orders and purchase order processes
- Contribute creative ideas through brainstorming sessions
- Manage individual projects as experience develops
- Support cross-functional departments on marketing requests
- Conduct regular in-store visits to monitor competitor landscape and report on competitor launches and activations
- Review and analyse Sell in and Sell out performance using Circana, Power BI, and Orion
- Create monthly competitor activity reports for UK and European teams
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or similar discipline
- 12 months experience in marketing within the luxury and/or FMCG sectors
- Fluent in English
- Advanced analytical Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot table functions
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Creative flair and ability to contribute ideas
- Strong teamwork abilities
- Genuine interest in the beauty and skincare industry

12 months of marketing experience in the luxury and/or FMCG sectors
Education
Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or similar discipline
