Role & Responsibilities
- Support two product managers in day‑to‑day product management activities across all three product axes for the DACH region.
- Analyse market data and contribute to regular reporting deliverables for the parent company.
- Conduct competitor and best‑practice analyses with ongoing market monitoring.
- Translate English‑language materials from the head office into German, including customer and conference presentations.
- Conceptualise and produce sales and marketing support materials in close collaboration with external agencies and suppliers.
- Drive and own discrete projects from briefing through execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum three successfully completed semesters in business administration, marketing, commerce or a related discipline.
- Initial practical experience in marketing (internships, student jobs) or demonstrable strong interest in marketing and product management.
- Passion for Guerlain’s product universe, the luxury cosmetics sector and consumer beauty trends.
- Fluent written and spoken German; very good English. French is a plus.
