Guerlain Internship: Product Management Intern position in Düsseldorf, Germany. Support product managers across DACH region in luxury beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support two product managers across daily operations and all three beauty pillars within the DACH region
- Analyze market data and compile regular reports for corporate headquarters
- Conduct competitive analyses and monitor industry best practices and competitor activity
- Translate English-language materials from headquarters into German, including customer presentations and conference materials
- Develop and execute support materials in close collaboration with agencies and suppliers
- Own and execute independent projects
Qualifications
- Minimum three completed semesters of study in business administration, marketing, retail, or related discipline
- First practical experience in marketing or demonstrated strong interest in the field
- Genuine passion for Guerlain's product portfolio, luxury and cosmetics industries, beauty trends, and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with aesthetic design sensibility and foundational Microsoft Excel skills
- Fluent German and advanced English communication skills; French advantageous
- Proactive and self-directed work style with high sense of responsibility
- Creative mindset combined with strong analytical capabilities

Beginner-level professional experience; first practical exposure to marketing or brand management contexts is acceptable and expected at this career stage.
Education
Minimum three completed semesters of tertiary study in business administration, marketing, retail management, or equivalent discipline.
