Role & Responsibilities
- Support the two Product Managers in day-to-day product management activities across the DACH region and three product axes.
- Analyse market data and contribute to regular reporting for headquarters.
- Prepare competitor analyses and continuously monitor best practices within the competitive set.
- Translate English-language materials from headquarters into German, including client and conference presentations.
- Conceptualise and produce sales and launch support materials in close collaboration with external agencies and suppliers.
- Own and drive delegated projects from brief to delivery, coordinating internal stakeholders as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three successfully completed university semesters in business administration, marketing, commerce or a related field.
- First practical experience in marketing (internship or project work) or demonstrable strong interest in the discipline.
- Fluent German (verhandlungssicher) and very good written and spoken English; French is a plus.
- Strong visual sensibility for presentation design and basic proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Proactive, independent working style with a high sense of responsibility.
- Creative mindset combined with analytical capability.

Experience
Early-career candidate; ideally has completed at least three university semesters with initial practical exposure to marketing or product-related projects. Prior internships or relevant project work in cosmetics, luxury or FMCG are advantageous.
Education
At least three successfully completed semesters in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline.
