Guerlain Product Management Intern in Capelle aan den IJssel, Netherlands — six-month luxury beauty internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Product Managers in preparing marketing presentations, meetings, and business reviews
- Coordinate and distribute information, launches, and marketing materials from Paris headquarters to the Netherlands marketing team
- Assist in developing and implementing 360° marketing plans for key product launches and in-store activations
- Support forecasting, planning, monitoring, and coordination of new product launches
- Conduct market, competitor, sales, and purchasing analyses to inform business decisions
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications
- Provide regular sales and performance reporting to the Retail Manager
- Monitor and consolidate retail KPIs, sell-out results, and commercial data
- Assist with operational retail tasks including POSM ordering and stock coordination
- Maintain regular contact with Beauty Consultants and Counter Managers to support retail operations
- Support the Education Manager in preparing and coordinating product trainings, masterclasses, and events
- Coordinate event logistics, materials, invitations, suppliers, and on-site requirements
Qualifications
- University (WO) or University of Applied Sciences (HBO) degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics
- Fluent in English; Dutch preferred; French a bonus
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Meticulous and detail-oriented working method
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented mindset
- Team player with proactive and helpful attitude
- Affinity with cosmetics and beauty industry

Experience
Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive, driven attitude with a hands-on mentality and willingness to support cross-functional teams.
Education
University (WO) or University of Applied Sciences (HBO) degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
