Guerlain is seeking a Product Industrialization Engineer intern for its cosmetics production site in Chartres, supporting the industrialization of a new makeup product in collaboration with R&D, marketing, production, and quality teams. The role includes organizing and conducting equipment trials, updating technical databases, and performing product quality-control tests. Full-time internship starting March 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the project industrialization manager and team in industrializing a new makeup product—powders, lipstick, or tinted emulsions—at the production site.
- Work closely with the R&D, marketing, production, and quality laboratory teams.
- Organize and conduct industrialization trials using manufacturing and forming equipment.
- Update technical databases.
- Conduct product quality-control tests.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac +5 qualification at an engineering school, specializing in product-process engineering or process engineering.
- An initial experience in production and/or the industrialization of new cosmetic products is desirable.
- Interest in IT, including programming and AI.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Organized, autonomous, curious, and dynamic.
