Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in cross‑functional coordination across Marketing, Packaging Development, Purchasing, Industrialisation, Supply Chain, R&D and Regulatory to deliver compliant products to market.
• Define user requirements for product data and compliance management tools with the project lead and stakeholders.
• Optimize and automate data updates and workflows within the product master tooling to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Establish best‑practice usage guidelines for tools and deliver training to end users.
• Lead regulatory compliance and new‑product projects: conduct prefeasibility studies, perform risk analyses and identify blocking points.
• Construct and maintain project master plans and milestone schedules; monitor adherence and escalate variances with proposed corrective options.
• Monitor product cost of goods and support cost control activities related to development projects.
• Animate project follow‑up and feasibility meetings and act as a proactive interface and issue‑alert between involved teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or holding a Bac+5 (Master's level) engineering or equivalent programme with a focus on project management, data or industrial processes.
• Strong aptitude for IT tools and processes applied to product data governance and compliance.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to synthesise complex datasets and translate findings into operational actions.
• Autonomous, rigorous, highly organised and energetic with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Experience

Early‑career / entry level. Suitable for candidates with limited professional experience; prior internships or academic project experience in product development, industrialisation or tooling is an advantage.

Education

Bac+5 (Master's level) — engineering school or equivalent higher education in engineering, industrial management, product development or related disciplines.
