Guerlain Paris seeks a Procurement Project & Operations Manager (CDI, Perfumes & Cosmetics) to lead strategic sourcing and cost optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and manage supplier portfolios for new product launches, conducting competitive bidding processes and negotiating comprehensive contractual terms encompassing quality, lead times, costs, and production capacity requirements
- Act as strategic procurement lead within cross-functional project teams, ensuring contract execution and stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycle
- Drive continuous operational improvement initiatives in lead time reduction, cost optimization, and value creation aligned with brand aesthetic standards
- Support budget and procurement performance management for assigned portfolio alongside Finance Business Partners
- Resolve supplier-related disputes spanning quality, logistics, and administrative matters
- Monitor and maintain compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics across all supplier relationships
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a Grande École (business, engineering, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of procurement, development, or production experience, preferably within cosmetics or food/beverage industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP systems
- Fluent English language capability
- Strategic supplier negotiation and contract management expertise
- Cross-functional project management capability in matrix environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, development, or production operations, preferably within the cosmetics or fast-moving consumer goods sectors. Prior exposure to high-growth environments and multi-stakeholder project coordination is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Grande École, including business schools (école de commerce), engineering schools, or equivalent advanced qualification in supply chain, procurement, or related discipline.
