Guerlain seeks Procurement Control Manager in Paris (CDI). Lead procurement performance analysis, value optimization, and budget control in a luxury beauty powerhouse.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the complete strategic process of analyzing and reporting procurement performance, including monthly dashboards tracking by nature, currency, supplier, and forex impacts
- Calculate landed costs for purchased articles and challenge standards with authority, ensuring accuracy and relevance of analyses
- Take lead on value analysis (ADV) process optimization, supervising the entire initiative to optimize the basic catalog
- Establish and facilitate a structured tracking process for value analysis actions in collaboration with procurement teams
- Measure and communicate financial and operational impacts of value analysis initiatives, including production line effects, scrap rates, purchase prices, and destruction risks
- Animate and supervise annual budgeting processes and revised forecasts for the procurement scope, defining scope, contributors, and project timelines
- Consolidate, format, and challenge procurement data submissions including spend, investments, and procurement performance
- Ensure budget control of procurement spend, including order validation, expense verification, and variance analysis
- Coach operational teams on expense commitment processes and participate in annual standard cost calculations
- Lead digitalization initiatives for procurement controlling and optimize reporting and performance analysis processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Bac+5) with specialization in corporate finance
- 3–5 years of proven experience in management accounting, ideally in an industrial environment or with industrial control knowledge
- Advanced mastery of procurement performance analysis and value analysis (ADV)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP, with in-depth knowledge of procurement (MM) and controlling (CO) modules
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and financial modeling capabilities
- Recognized ability to lead, challenge, and mobilize operational teams and stakeholders
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong sensitivity to Information Systems (SI)
- Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, proactivity, intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent English

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in management accounting, ideally acquired in an industrial environment or with established knowledge of industrial controlling and procurement operations.
Education
Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Bac+5) with specialization in corporate finance.
