Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of two Project Managers in charge of procurement and development of promotional items; set individual and collective objectives and manage performance.
- Define and execute the procurement and development strategy for promotional objects (coffrets, étuis, gifts, Art of gifting, etc.) in alignment with marketing needs and budgetary constraints.
- Act as a business partner to Marketing and the Parfums & Cosmétiques branch to anticipate needs, harmonize practices and deliver economic performance targets.
- Own the end‑to‑end procurement process: needs analysis, sourcing, RFPs, negotiation, contracting and supplier evaluation, ensuring compliance with Guerlain and LVMH purchasing policies.
- Establish and maintain long‑term collaborative relationships with key suppliers to stimulate innovation, quality and cost performance.
- Drive cost optimisation while embedding eco‑design principles into product developments and manage associated risk, alerts and contract execution.
- Participate in budget preparation and ensure respect of financial targets; pilot cross‑functional and transversal projects to converge practices within the branch.
- Develop team capabilities, identify training needs and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Purchasing, Project Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in purchasing and product development, preferably with promotional items, luxury goods or cosmetics.
- At least 2 years' proven experience in people management.
- Deep knowledge of purchasing processes, sourcing methodologies and negotiation techniques.
- Strong product sensibility and creativity applied to promotional merchandise and packaging.
- Fluent English (Anglais courant indispensable).
- Proficiency with office IT tools and purchasing ERPs.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive responsibility in purchasing and product development within luxury, cosmetics or related industries, including at least two years managing a team and leading cross‑functional projects.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Purchasing, Project Management, Engineering or equivalent.
