Guerlain Paris: 6-month Private Client and Partnerships Intern (Jan 2027) – Support luxury client relationships, events, and B2B partnerships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track and manage B2B client relationships with luxury houses and hotels, ensuring consistent engagement and account performance
- Develop and maintain reporting on client interactions, manage requests, and monitor invoicing and revenue by key accounts
- Prospect new partnership opportunities by presenting Guerlain's portfolio and curated experiences; build and maintain a database of the network
- Prepare internal presentation materials highlighting partnership actions, achievements, and quarterly performance analysis
- Participate in partner meetings to recruit new key stakeholders and strengthen existing relationships
- Coordinate and oversee all client and brand image events across the French market in collaboration with the trade marketing team
- Design and facilitate bespoke client experiences and engagement activities
- Establish CRM-linked reporting to measure event performance and key performance indicators
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify emerging venues and opportunities for experiential events
- Conduct competitive analysis of in-store and off-site events within the beauty sector to inform strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme at a business school or university with specialization in Marketing or Communication
- Ideally holds prior experience in client relationship management
- Luxury sector experience is highly valued
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Entry-level; this internship is designed for individuals beginning their professional journey in luxury retail and client management. First experience in client relations or the beauty sector is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a business school or university programme with specialization in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
