Role & Responsibilities
- Define and manage the pricing strategy for an assigned geographic portfolio in alignment with the global positioning and commercial objectives.
- Analyse Guerlain’s price positions versus competitors and local market dynamics to recommend actionable pricing decisions.
- Lead annual price increases and the pricing of product innovations in local currencies in coordination with subsidiaries (General Managers, marketing teams).
- Design, build and maintain price simulation dashboards and price lists; ensure regular updates and communication to stakeholders.
- Implement and run competitive monitoring: identify product innovations and strategic competitor price movements.
- Operate and develop pricing management tools (Anaplan) and enhance reporting using Excel and Power BI.
- Propose new analytical approaches and tools, and contribute to the upskilling of the Pricing department.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; practical experience with Power BI and Anaplan (or comparable planning/BI platforms).
- Strong numerical aptitude with attention to precision, analytical curiosity and the capacity to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative mindset and proactive problem‑solving orientation.
- Fluency in French and English to operate in an international, cross‑functional environment.

Experience
Entry‑level / Beginner. Some professional experience or relevant internships in pricing, finance, business analytics or commercial strategy are desirable; candidates should demonstrate analytical rigour and exposure to market or competitive analysis.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
