Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Press Attaché (Make‑up) in drafting press materials: seedings, press dossiers and press releases.
- Coordinate interviews and media requests with Guerlain ambassadors and external press.
- Manage press enquiries and logistical requests from 26 regional subsidiaries (information, interview follow‑up, shooting logistics, credits, treatments, visits).
- Prepare international press monitoring and compile monthly, thematic and annual press reviews for 26 markets.
- Assist in influencer and ePR activity: prepare guidelines, seeding, collaboration briefs and validate influencer listings.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships with regional subsidiaries and maintain influence reporting.
- Provide logistical support for international events and press trips (hotels, gifts, tickets, transfers, product handling and supplier liaison).
- Contribute to creation of event guidelines for international press and ePR activations and assist internal communications logistics.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Bac+4/5) in business, communications or equivalent university course.
- Demonstrable knowledge of beauty press and influencer ecosystems; prior internships in PR, influencer marketing or events are an asset.
- Strong organisational rigour, creativity and a pronounced sensitivity to luxury and beauty aesthetics.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Availability for a six‑month, convention‑signed internship beginning July 2026 in Paris (1st arrondissement).

Entry level — intended for students or recent graduates. No prior full‑time experience required; internships or project experience in PR, influencer marketing or event coordination within beauty or luxury are advantageous.

Master's‑level student (Bac+4/5) in business, communications or related discipline.
