Guerlain seeks Press and Digital PR Intern in Paris to support international communications across beauty categories; 6-month internship from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing press materials including press kits, press releases, and product seeding documentation
- Coordinate interviews with Guerlain brand ambassadors and manage press inquiries from subsidiaries
- Compile monthly, thematic, and annual press reviews across 26 countries
- Support the development of influencer engagement tools including guidelines, seeding strategies, and partnership frameworks
- Coordinate influencer partnerships with regional offices and validate influencer listings
- Manage influencer reporting and performance tracking
- Provide logistical support for international press events including hotel arrangements, gifting, ticketing, transportation coordination, and vendor liaison
- Create guidelines for international press and digital PR events
- Manage logistics for international press trips and ad-hoc country-specific travel requests
- Process requests from 26 subsidiaries including information provision, interview coordination, shooting logistics, and product credits
- Monitor media coverage and track major beauty and luxury sector launches and events
- Support team logistics and administrative coordination
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of beauty press and influencer landscape
- Creative mindset with a keen understanding of luxury and beauty
- Strong attention to detail and organizational rigor

Experience
Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Students or recent graduates seeking their first internship experience in luxury communications are encouraged to apply.
Education
Baccalauréat+4/5 or equivalent; currently enrolled in or recently completed a business school, communications program, or equivalent university degree.
