Guerlain seeks a PR Intern in London for a 12-month internship beginning January 2027. Support PR campaigns, media relations, and event coordination in a hybrid working environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the PR & Marketing Manager in executing key departmental objectives including EMV generation across social channels with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders
- Secure media coverage across leading press titles and increase brand visibility year-on-year
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all journalist requests, handling and logging press enquiries promptly and efficiently
- Organize and support press and influencer event launches, including travel booking and itinerary compilation
- Conduct daily media monitoring across magazines, newspapers, online publications, blogs, and social media platforms to identify relevant coverage
- Manage and maintain media and influencer contact databases on a regular basis
- Process and log all print and online press coverage via the Clippings platform, distributing materials internally and to the International PR Team in a timely manner
- Coordinate product send-outs with professional gift presentation; manage and monitor product cupboard inventory
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of in-store activation events and new product launches
- Become proficient in Diary Directory and emerging PR software; monitor brand buzz and competitor activity regularly
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including SAP purchase order processing and budget tracker updates
- Compile internal reports and competitive analysis as requested
- Support general marketing initiatives including courier coordination and product distribution to retail locations
- Ensure all launch assets are properly saved and organized on company servers
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity on assigned tasks and project deadlines
Qualifications
- Passion for PR and media relations
- Strong awareness of UK fashion, beauty, and lifestyle digital influencers and bloggers
- Fluent in English with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a collaborative team approach
- Flexibility and resilience in fast-paced, pressurized settings
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to actively contribute to departmental success

No prior professional PR experience required; candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in public relations and media relations within the luxury beauty and fashion sectors.
Education
Secondary education minimum; candidates currently pursuing or recently completed higher education in communications, PR, marketing, journalism, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
