Guerlain (LVMH Beauty Iberia) seeks a Point-of-Sale Manager in Barcelona, Spain — temporary retail management role driving sell‑out and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as brand ambassador at points of sale, communicating Guerlain’s values and ensuring consistent brand image.
- Oversee in‑store merchandising and visual execution according to brand guidelines, including PLV implementation for events and launches.
- Drive sell‑out and market share growth across assigned stores through targeted visit plans and commercial activation during key periods.
- Coordinate stock reporting, capture tester/replenishment orders and perform regular sales and competitive analysis as requested by management.
- Plan and deliver product and sales trainings to retail staff to increase product knowledge, engagement and conversion rates.
- Motivate and coordinate retail teams and liaise with retail delegates and cross‑functional departments to ensure compliance with commercial agreements and annual retailer plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent vocational qualification (FP).
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience; prior experience in luxury perfumery/cosmetics is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing or coaching retail teams and achieving sales targets.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Availability to travel and valid driving licence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word).

Experience
Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, with demonstrated success in retail targets and team management; experience in luxury perfumery or cosmetics and field retail operations preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent vocational qualification (FP).
