Guerlain Paris seeks PIM and Ecosystem Project Coordinator apprentice to support product data management and omnichannel evolution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to PIM ecosystem evolution projects and operational maintenance of product data distribution platforms
- Participate in business requirements analysis and functional specification documentation
- Support product data governance initiatives and information architecture structuring
- Conduct data quality analyses to identify improvements and ensure product information completeness
- Participate in functional testing phases, including validation activities and anomaly tracking
- Monitor operational performance of PIM and GDSN platforms and incident resolution workflows
- Track product data distribution to partners and e-retailers via the GDSN network
- Maintain and monitor product data quality standards and associated performance indicators
- Contribute to functional documentation and establish team best practices
- Identify process optimization opportunities within product data management workflows
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completing an engineering school, business school, or university programme (Bac +4 / Bac +5) with specialization in Data or project management
- Demonstrated aptitude for data management, information systems, and digital environments
- Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and written synthesis capabilities
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse functional backgrounds

Experience
Entry-level or beginner-level experience; ideal candidate will be a final-year student or recent graduate seeking structured apprenticeship exposure to enterprise data management environments.
Education
Bac +4 or Bac +5 qualification from an engineering school, business school, or university, preferably with specialization in Data, Information Systems, or Project Management.
Workplace
