Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly sales reports for all customers.
• Compile retailer performance metrics and enter the data into the system.
• Create monthly reports and analyse relevant metrics.
• Analyse sell-out data, including calculating team bonuses, reviewing deployment reports and analysing store performance.
• Plan staffing assignments quarterly in line with the Trade Plan.
• Prepare and tailor sales materials, presentations and distribution lists for individual customers.
• Maintain master data for new products.
• Prepare and update price lists.
• Coordinate and support influencers and media partners.
• Plan, organise and prepare events at the Salon de Parfum in Vienna.

Qualifications

• Ideally in the final year of study or has already completed a degree.
• Fluent German and very good English; French is an advantage.
• Initial practical experience in trade or product marketing, for example through an internship or a relevant university project.
• Ideally has had exposure to the cosmetics or luxury industry.
• Enjoys teamwork and demonstrates strong communication skills.
• Takes responsibility, works independently and has a keen eye for detail.
• Maintains absolute discretion.
• Flexible and resilient.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills

Experience

Initial practical experience in trade or product marketing; the structured ATS field states a minimum of 3 years.

Education

Ideally in the final year of study or has already completed a degree.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 31,514 per annum.
