Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for subsidiary and export markets (regional offices and agent‑distributors) on operational requests across fragrances, make‑up and skincare.
- Support the roll‑out and monitoring of product launches and commercial activations (PR events, trade animations) across the EMEA zone.
- Recommend, monitor and challenge sales forecasts in line with global strategy and local distribution needs.
- Adapt 360° marketing materials (leaflets, media assets) to specific market requirements and coordinate timely delivery of all assets.
- Perform market analysis and monitor sell‑in / sell‑out performance using PowerBI and NPD data.
- Produce weekly and monthly newsletters, share regional best practices and compile competitive intelligence reviews.
- Contribute to logistical coordination and administration of the Trade Marketing & Category Management department.
Qualifications
- Current business school student or equivalent (4/5 years higher education) — Master’s level candidate preferred.
- Some prior experience in a marketing role (internship or first position) within a commercial or brand environment.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor, autonomy and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional communication abilities.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with PowerBI and NPD is a plus.
- Knowledge of the perfume & cosmetics sector is advantageous.
