Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate omnichannel projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Define project scope, requirements and deliverables in collaboration with retail, digital, marketing and other internal stakeholders to create a cohesive client journey.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to deliver projects on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
- Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the omnichannel client experience and recommend actionable optimisations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business, Marketing, Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in project management, preferably within retail, digital or CRM environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.

Minimum three years of professional experience in project management, ideally within retail, digital or CRM contexts; experience in luxury goods or beauty is strongly preferred.
Education
