Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Guerlain Brand Ambassador, embodying and communicating the brand's savoir-faire, heritage, and values.
  • Drive sales results and offer a best-in-class client experience by acting as an entrepreneur and taking ownership of the Northeast market.
  • Inspire and influence the Guerlain Selling Ceremony by coaching and developing the Boutique team.
  • Create strong relationships with key business partners in stores and the Corporate office.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Corporate office and share best practices with other Guerlain retail locations.
  • Develop Customer Retention Management (CRM) strategies to grow the client base.
  • Perform sales analysis and propose actions for improvement, staying current with market trends.
  • Achieve established retail and net sales goals as set forth by Corporate.
  • Work with retail store management to ensure proper planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and special events.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and motivate Beauty Consultants to achieve sales goals.
  • Partner with Education in the training and development of Beauty Advisors.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree
  • 5+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management experience
  • Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management, with a strong understanding of details and service.

Compensation

LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $110,000 - $120,000.
