Guerlain internship: support the New Business & Private Clients Director in Paris, managing VIP client community and bespoke experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and animate Private Client community engagement initiatives, including presentations, regional reporting, and best practices compilation
- Organize virtual meetings and curated Paris visits for top clients, developing dedicated client-facing templates and tools
- Coordinate the annual seminar for private client regional representatives
- Develop dedicated processes for private client offerings, including custom fragrances and exclusive experiences
- Track and manage custom orders and curate an experience catalogue for top-tier clients
- Provide executive support to the New Business & Private Clients Director with daily administrative tasks, order management, and invoicing
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business administration, commerce, or equivalent university programme
- Previous internship experience in marketing, client relations, communications, or hospitality within the luxury sector (ideal)
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with advanced PowerPoint presentation skills
