Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the China market referent at headquarters, ensuring fluid communication and optimal coordination between HQ and local teams.
- Co-design the China operational marketing strategy and 360° plan (brand/category, activation, A&P, media, PR) in partnership with central and local stakeholders.
- Pilot and supervise implementation of regional and local marketing campaigns and the end-to-end 360° operational deployment (media, PR, digital, retail, supply, education).
- Coordinate cross-functional departments (marketing development, media, PR, supply, retail) to ensure timely launch execution and brand compliance.
- Manage launch calendars and ensure optimized execution across markets, tracking business performance and KPIs.
- Recommend and implement A&P budget allocations and investment prioritization in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify market needs and insights from China and transmit pragmatic, prioritized recommendations to category and product development teams to enrich the innovation pipeline and strategic plans.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years' experience in marketing operations, trade marketing or business development with demonstrable operational market experience.
- Strong knowledge of the China market and its commercial dynamics; experience working on China-focused projects at HQ or in-market.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross‑functional programmes across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (required); Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Analytical competence in performance measurement (KPI, ROI) and experience influencing budget allocation (A&P).
- Passion for premium brands and sensitivity to brand equity, luxury positioning and product storytelling.

Minimum 3 years (typical profile: 3–7 years) in marketing operations, trade marketing or business development with operational experience on market deployments and demonstrable exposure to the China market.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
