Guerlain seeks a Merchandising Project Manager — Makeup in Paris to lead merchandising development and operational rollout for makeup launches.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create launch planograms for permanent fixtures using IWD.
- Draft and distribute merchandising guidelines for markets and regions (3D visuals, principle plans, material and colour recommendations), in close collaboration with the project designer as a working partner.
- Support and advise markets during the operational roll‑out and local adaptation of guidelines.
- Manage central product codes and PLV (point‑of‑sale display) forecasts and monitor analyses supplied by the Supply chain teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including Marketing Development and Operations, Artistic Direction, Purchases/PLV Development, 360 Planning and Supply/Article Master data.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Commerce or Marketing, or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in the luxury sector plus a significant internship; experience in makeup is a strong advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory).
- Proven ability to produce detailed merchandising documentation and planograms.
- Strong organisational rigour, proactivity, autonomy and a keen aesthetic sensibility.

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in the luxury sector, complemented by a significant internship; prior exposure to makeup merchandising or beauty launches is highly desirable.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Business, Commerce or Marketing, or equivalent.
