Guerlain internship in Paris: Merchandising Distribution support for French retail activations and Trade Marketing coordination. 6-month placement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the design of Trade Marketing activations and monitor point-of-sale implementations, including supplier briefings, creative asset revisions, internal and external validations, quote management, and production oversight
- Draft and circulate internal merchandising newsletters with competitive intelligence and Guerlain performance tracking
- Develop planograms using 2D design software with multi-axis layouts
- Manage field team requests and serve as the primary contact for routine merchandising inquiries, coordinating customer service follow-ups and product replenishment
- Prepare and coordinate orders for display furniture, products, promotional materials, and visual assets with logistics oversight
- Maintain the merchandising database and track store openings and renovations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school program at Bac+4/+5 level or equivalent curriculum
- Demonstrated first professional experience in project management
- Creative, versatile, meticulous, and well-organized approach to work
- Proactive problem-solver with initiative and resourcefulness
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities with adaptability across diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with design software is advantageous
