Guerlain internship: Marketing Operations Assistant in Paris. Support operational product managers in a 6-month position starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance tracking of Sell-out metrics for Guerlain and competitors across three strategic axes, producing detailed quantitative reports
- Monitor and analyse numerical data on Guerlain and competitor product launches to inform strategic positioning
- Perform ad hoc market analyses to enhance competitive understanding and market intelligence
- Create sales support tools and collateral for field teams, including new product books, presentation decks, and specialized materials as required
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Support the development and preparation of launch platforms and France marketing plan presentations for internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update purchase order documentation and related administrative systems
- Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activations and in-store promotional activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 business school program or equivalent advanced commerce degree
- First-hand experience in a similar marketing operations or assistant capacity (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and multidisciplinary capabilities
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with demonstrated ability to extract insight from data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal relationships and cross-functional collaboration

Entry-level or recent graduate with preferably one prior internship or assistant-level experience in marketing operations or a related function
Education
Enrolled in or pursuing a Bac+5 (Master's-level) commerce or business degree program, or equivalent advanced qualification
