Guerlain Marketing Operations Assistant internship, Paris – 6-month trade marketing support role in Europe Division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for subsidiary and export markets (regional offices and agent-distributors) regarding operational requirements across fragrances, make-up, and skincare categories
- Participate in roll-out and monitoring of launch projects including PR events and trade animations throughout the European zone
- Recommend, monitor, and challenge forecasts in alignment with the brand's global strategy and specific distribution requirements
- Adapt comprehensive 360° marketing tools (leaflets, media assets, etc.) to address specific local market needs
- Conduct market analysis, monitor sell-in and sell-out performance using PowerBI and NPD tools
- Monitor marketing launches and coordinate marketing requests to ensure timely delivery of all materials
- Prepare competitive reviews by monitoring new products and associated 360° initiatives
- Create weekly and monthly newsletters and communicate best practices across the region
- Contribute to logistical coordination within the department
Qualifications
- Business school degree or equivalent (4-5 years of higher education)
- Initial experience working in a marketing role within a company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Perfumes & Cosmetics industry (preferred)
