Guerlain marketing development intern position in Paris; six-month assignment supporting fragrance and beauty projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support 360-degree product development and coordinate with departments including artistic direction, digital, and merchandising
- Conduct creative ideation, conceptual research, and trend analysis including materials research, trend monitoring, mood boards, and concept claims development
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of product performance and competitive landscape
- Monitor competitive intelligence, identify consumer needs, and anticipate emerging trends through trend reports, runway research, and market surveys
- Contribute to the development and presentation of strategic initiatives including presentations, prototypes, videos, and digital assets
- Participate in cross-departmental strategy sessions and support the conception and development of marketing projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or equivalent university programme
- First professional internship experience in marketing (development or operational) in the luxury sector
- Knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics preferred
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English proficiency
