Guerlain — Paris: Marketing Development Assistant (Makeup & Skincare) internship, 6 months starting July 2026 at La Samaritaine.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end product development and coordinate cross-functional deliverables with art direction, digital, merchandising and other internal partners.
- Conduct creative research and concept development: trend studies, material research, moodboards and claim/concept ideation.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of product performance and competitive positioning.
- Monitor competitor activity and consumer trends to inform future product priorities and concept directions.
- Contribute to the preparation of strategic presentations, mock-ups and video/storyboard assets for internal review.
- Participate in strategic and creative ideation sessions and assist with the design and execution of development projects.
Qualifications
- Currently a student in year 4 or 5 of a business school or university (business, marketing, communication or equivalent).
- Previous internship experience in marketing (development or operational) within the luxury goods sector is strongly preferred, cosmetics/perfumes a plus.
- Fluent in English; strong interpersonal skills, humility and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Curiosity for digital topics, creativity and the ability to anticipate emerging trends.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Student-level (beginner). Enrollment in a 4th or 5th year business/marketing programme; ideally one prior marketing internship in luxury goods, beauty or perfumery.
Education
Currently enrolled in a business school or university (4th or 5th year) in business, marketing, communication or equivalent.
