Guerlain seeks Marketing Control Intern in Paris to support financial planning, product profitability analysis, and monthly closeouts within the Finance department.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of innovation business plans across three product categories: makeup, skincare, and fragrance
  • Update reporting systems and monitor profitability evolution of products across all three categories
  • Conduct ad hoc product profitability analyses and studies
  • Prepare and analyze P&L statements by franchise from revenue through net income, track key performance metrics, and evaluate profitability
  • Contribute to the financial valuation of the three-year strategic marketing plan
  • Support monthly closing processes and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly revenue analysis files and reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) or equivalent university diploma in business school or related field
  • Financial background or concentration
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or Anaplan (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
