Guerlain Marketing Control Assistant internship, Paris | Finance role supporting product profitability analysis and budget planning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of innovation business plans across the three product categories: makeup, skincare, and fragrance
- Update and monitor reporting systems, tracking product profitability evolution across all three categories
- Produce ad-hoc profitability analyses and studies for individual products
- Develop P&L statements by brand franchise, monitor key performance drivers, and analyze profitability metrics
- Participate in the financial valuation of the three-year strategic marketing plan
- Support monthly financial closures and reconciliation processes
- Prepare analytical files and reports on monthly revenue performance
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat +4/+5 degree from a business school or equivalent university qualification
- Strong financial or accounting background
- Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Proactive and engaged approach to work
- Humble and adaptable professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or Anaplan is advantageous

Entry-level; trainee or final-year student in a business school or university program with financial focus.
