Guerlain Paris: 6-month marketing internship in fragrance development, starting July. For Bac +4/+5 business students interested in luxury beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of product line performance and competitive positioning, consumer needs, and beauty industry trends
- Participate in creative product development workshops, including brief creation, formulation evaluation, colour testing, lab samples, and packaging mockups
- Develop launch tools and comprehensive edition frameworks, from creative brief through operational execution, including marketing dossiers, product sheets, and merchandising briefs
- Contribute to strategic presentations and innovation plans, incorporating product mockups and visual content
- Monitor project timelines and ensure rigorous evaluation of formulas, specifications, and visual elements throughout the development cycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4/+5 in business school or equivalent university education
- Previous internship experience in Marketing (Development or Operations) within the luxury sector, preferably in Fragrances & Cosmetics
- Fluent English proficiency
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
