Role & Responsibilities

• Animate in-person and remote training sessions and masterclasses covering product expertise, exclusive sales techniques, and educational workshops across the French territory
• Lead makeup expertise training programmes with a focus on product knowledge and application techniques
• Prepare and facilitate training events including product launches, seasonal briefings, and formalized training evenings
• Manage group dynamics and engagement throughout training sessions to maximize learning outcomes
• Conduct individualized field coaching aligned with Guerlain's sales ceremonial and service proposition methodology
• Author detailed coaching reports and provide personalized follow-up with managers and the Training Manager
• Evaluate post-session effectiveness to identify successes and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Coordinate logistics and administration of training sessions including room setup, product placement, and materials distribution
• Customize and adapt PowerPoint presentation materials according to brand briefs and launch priorities
• Author comprehensive post-session training reports including attendance records and Q&A documentation
• Pilot the creation and development of the bi-monthly internal newsletter with content ideation and design leadership
• Undertake regular travel throughout France to support retail, distribution, and spa locations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in luxury retail sales and training coaching
• Professional makeup artistry qualification or diploma demonstrating technical expertise in makeup application
• Demonstrated mastery of the perfume and cosmetics industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent English language skills
• Deep understanding of luxury service standards and customer experience philosophy
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail sales environments combined with structured training and coaching responsibilities. Demonstrated track record of developing team capabilities and driving commercial results through educational initiatives. Proven experience delivering both in-person and remote training programmes in a multinational context.

Education

Makeup artistry diploma or equivalent professional qualification in cosmetology, beauty, or makeup application required.
