Role & Responsibilities
- Design, prepare and deliver in‑person and remote trainings, masterclasses and product workshops for retail, distribution and spa teams across France.
- Conduct expertise sessions with a focus on makeup techniques and exclusive Guerlain sales rituals.
- Provide on‑floor field coaching: observe selling behaviours, refine sales ceremonial, promote services and enhance product presentation.
- Deliver individualised coaching, produce coaching reports and follow up with store managers and the Training Manager to track progress against KPIs.
- Manage logistical and administrative aspects of trainings: room setup, product gifting, attendance records and post‑session reporting.
- Develop and personalise presentation materials (PPT) according to launch briefs and training priorities.
- Coordinate and lead the internal training newsletter project (bimonthly): content planning, creation and editorial input.
- Animate training events and workshops (seasonal briefs, launch evenings, internal training events) and foster dynamic group interaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in retail sales and training/coaching within the beauty or luxury sector.
- Professional diploma or certification in makeup artistry (or equivalent demonstrable qualification).
- Proven knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics and familiarity with luxury service standards.
- Fluent English; ability to communicate clearly with national teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, creativity and a collaborative team spirit.
- Business‑oriented mindset with a clear focus on driving sales KPIs and client experience.
- Availability for travel across France.

Education
