Guerlain seeks Maintenance Technician at Chartres production facility, CDI position managing equipment maintenance and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment availability and optimize performance indicators through systematic analysis and sustainable improvements in safety, quality, and productivity
- Execute diagnostic assessments and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including installations, adjustments, material upgrades, and defective component replacements
- Conduct preventive maintenance programs and update preventive instruction sheets in coordination with the methods department
- Prepare technical maintenance reports and manage machine maintenance documentation for assigned equipment perimeter
- Audit machine parameters within the assigned scope and participate in new equipment installations and product line launches
- Support line operators and machinists with training on autonomous maintenance and fault analysis using diagnostic tools
- Partner with industrialization teams to integrate new products onto production lines and ensure performance targets are met at series launch
Qualifications
- Diploma in BTS MS (formerly BTS MI), BTS Électrotechnique, DUT GIM, or equivalent technical qualification
- Minimum 5 years of production site experience, ideally in cosmetics, food processing, pharmaceutical, or automotive sectors
- Proficiency in mechanics, fluid mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and industrial vision systems
- Knowledge of industrial robotics and automation systems (highly desirable)
- Competency with CAD/CAO software and GMAO (Computerized Maintenance Management System) platforms
- Prior experience in continuous improvement projects and problem-solving methodologies (advantageous)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of production site experience, ideally in cosmetics, food processing, pharmaceutical, or automotive sectors. Prior involvement in continuous improvement projects and problem-resolution methodologies is advantageous.
Education
BTS MS (formerly BTS MI), BTS Électrotechnique, DUT GIM, or equivalent technical qualification.
