- Participate in contract negotiations and evaluations.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
- Benchmark best practices and encourage warehouse innovation.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors on logistics software solutions.
- Ensure impeccable client service for B2B and e-commerce orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations management.
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong data analysis and KPI management skills.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Understanding of financial and contractual logistics aspects.
