LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks a Legal Intern specializing in distribution and business law for a six-month structured internship in Paris beginning January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage distribution contracts and general conditions of sale
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on case law and jurisprudence
  • Assist in the preparation of litigation and pre-litigation files
  • Draft contracts and legal correspondence
  • Develop training materials on competition law
  • Perform legal monitoring and regulatory surveillance

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree in law with specialization in Economic Law or Competition Law
  • Working knowledge of Intellectual Property law
  • Prior internship or professional experience in distribution law or competition law practice
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with demonstrated ability to draft contracts and memoranda in English
  • Proficiency in standard office software and legal databases

Experience
