LVMH Guerlain Legal Assistant Internship – Commercial Law & Legal Tech, Paris. 6-month paid internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review and draft commercial contracts covering distribution and procurement agreements
- Prepare legal memoranda, training materials, and presentations addressing current legal developments
- Develop and manage legal technology solutions (contract management platforms, intranet systems, document repositories)
- Support commercial law specialists in supplier, distributor, and stakeholder relationship management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's 2 programme with specialization in commercial law
- Demonstrated interest in legal technology and digital innovation within legal departments
- Strong team collaboration skills with proactive, pragmatic, and meticulous approach
- Fluent English with demonstrated ability to draft contracts and legal memoranda in English
