Role & Responsibilities
- Own the commercial relationship and P&L for assigned retail accounts (Une Heure Pour Soi, Passion Beauté, Beauty Success) with a 360° strategic vision.
- Build three-year plans and budget revisions; drive profitable growth of sales, market share and brand positioning within the enseigne.
- Negotiate commercial terms and promotional plans with retail purchasing teams and coordinate Trade Marketing activations.
- Produce detailed monthly sell-in / sell-out forecasts and monitor retailer inventory levels to optimise flow and availability.
- Lead and align cross‑functional teams (Trade Marketing, Digital, Merchandising, Training, Finance, Logistics) to execute account plans.
- Manage and coach field sales teams and Regional Directors: monthly communications, participation in commercial meetings, conventions, roadshows and flagship support.
- Monitor competitive activity on assigned accounts and define monthly action plans (ranking, merchandising presence, training and commercial policy assessment).
- Communicate account performance, implemented plans and competitive intelligence to senior management.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ commercial experience; 10+ years in key account management or commercial management preferred, ideally within Mass Market and/or selective beauty.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and negotiating commercial agreements with national retail chains.
- Demonstrated experience in trade marketing, merchandising and field sales coordination.
- Strong leadership, organisational discipline, analytical synthesis and project execution skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills, commercial acumen and client-facing maturity.
- Fluent English.
