- Manage and grow business with assigned retail and wholesale customers to achieve sell‑in targets, identifying expansion opportunities and risks.

- Plan and coordinate distribution and fulfillment of novelties to ensure correct product allocation, timing and quantities aligned with marketing launches.
- Monitor stock levels and generate additional orders to retailers to prevent out‑of‑stocks and optimise fill rates.
- Design and implement slow‑mover strategies to reduce months‑on‑hand at point‑of‑sale.
- Manage and control price changes, returns, catalogue updates and related commercial processes.
- Work closely with Demand Planning, Sell‑out teams, Marketing, Finance and Distribution Center to align forecast, replenishment and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience in key account management, wholesale or retail (beauty, cosmetics or FMCG preferred).
- Proven negotiation skills and experience managing complex sell‑in agreements with multi‑channel retailers.
- Strong analytical capability with proven experience in inventory analysis, forecasting and commercial KPI tracking.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis, reporting and order planning.
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous follow‑up and project coordination.
- Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; experience working cross‑functionally.
