Guerlain Finance IT Support Intern, Paris — 6-month internship supporting SAP, Power BI, and financial systems at luxury perfume headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Train purchasing managers and order validators across headquarters divisions on SAP applications, ensuring efficient adoption of new system functionality
- Provide technical support and project management assistance for SAP, Hanalive (SAP add-in), Anaplan (BI tool), and Power BI platforms
- Maintain analytical data integrity in SAP by creating and managing internal orders, profit centers, and cost centers for Guerlain SAS and European subsidiary entities upon request
- Support access rights management for SAP, BI, and related systems through the Open Up platform
- Execute analytical transactions enabling CO/PA data transfer and verify internal order allocations during monthly financial close cycles in coordination with Guerlain SAS general accounting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+4) or equivalent in business, engineering, or related university discipline
- Demonstrated interest in information systems and technical infrastructure
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and adaptability to evolving business requirements
