IT Support Intern – Finance at Guerlain, Paris. 6-month internship supporting SAP, Power BI, and financial systems. Starts January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Train purchase order managers and approvers on SAP systems for new staff across all departments
- Provide technical support and project assistance for SAP applications, Hanalive (SAP add-in), Anaplan (BI tool), and Power BI, including report creation and optimization
- Maintain analytical data in SAP by creating internal orders, profit centers, and cost centers for Guerlain SAS and European subsidiary entities upon request
- Support user access requests for SAP, BI, and related applications through the Open Up access management system
- Execute analytical transactions for CO/PA data transfers and verify internal order posting accuracy during monthly close cycles in coordination with Guerlain SAS general accounting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or higher in Business, Engineering, or equivalent university qualification
- Demonstrated interest in information systems and enterprise software
- Methodical and autonomous work approach with strong interpersonal and adaptability skills
