Guerlain internship in Lyon, France. Four-week retail support position in a luxury fragrance and cosmetics boutique, November–December 2024.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, directing them to appropriate sales advisors
- Present the maison's services and product portfolio to clients
- Ensure product visibility and compliance with merchandising policies
- Introduce clients to the loyalty programme and promotional offerings
- Prepare personalized gift wrapping and product customizations for clients
- Process and prepare client orders
