Guerlain Spa internship in Paris: support international training and marketing for luxury wellness across the global Spa network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational logistics for the Guerlain Spa Académie, including participant registration across the France and international Spa network, model recruitment for aesthetic practice, lunch logistics, and diploma/gift preparation
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of pedagogical tools in collaboration with the training team, including digitalized training platform management, document revision, and learning material updates
- Manage administrative follow-up and monitoring of training delivery, including room preparation, material setup, external training documentation, and serve as the primary liaison between Spas and the training department
- Interface with external partners and suppliers regarding educational materials, aesthetic products, professional equipment, and linen inventory management for the Spa Académie
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research on wellness, beauty technology, and luxury hospitality trends; present benchmarking insights to the team
- Develop and update Spa communication tools, including newsletter creation, branded leaflets, network directories, and service-specific brochures
- Oversee the logistics and operational implementation of Spa merchandising; maintain and update merchandising resource documentation
- Support cross-functional projects related to luxury hospitality Spa client experience development, including the coordination of international Spa manager seminars, new manager induction programmes, and 360° Spa openings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent university programme
- Ideally, prior internship experience in Marketing (Development or Operational) within luxury Perfumes & Cosmetics or luxury hospitality
- Fluent English proficiency and mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with proactivity and autonomy

Experience
Entry-level; internship or limited professional experience acceptable. A background in luxury marketing, hospitality operations, or related fields is preferred but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent university programme in Commerce, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
